Grading will never be a secret in my classroom. For example, you should be able to look at our rubric and self evaluate. You can look at the rubric, and your artwork and decide for yourself what score you have earned. I grade on a standards based system (scores out of 4). Most students will receive a 3 on most projects. Earning a 4 means you have gone far above and beyond the scope of our project.
