A week of taking time to smell the roses, and make beautiful art inspired by flowers.
We will make ceramic mosaic pots, and create real-life floral arrangements, to put in them. We will hone our observation skills and make art from what we see. The week will finish with an exhibit and a reading of our floral-haikus!

Spray paint has been elevated to a fine art!
This week will be an exploration of and experimentation with spray paint! We will learn about the history of this strange and wonderful material, and find inspiration from Banksy, Swoon, and other contemporary artists working in this medium. Our week will end with the unveiling of a public mural created by the students!

Creative Problem Solving skills honed through art making and maker-challenges!
Using ideas from multiple creative authors artists and thinkers, this course has been crafted to develop and increase students' creativity. Problem solving is a life-skill, why not have loads of fun developing it? We will invite parents and families to a creative challenge expo and competition on the last day!
